By using this website to book your event pass/accommodation online indicates that you accept the terms and conditions of use.

Portugal Soul Weekender accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or death how ever caused. Portugal Soul Weekender accepts no responsibility for delays of flights cancellations or any other actions resulting in non attendance of the event. Portugal Soul Weekender  accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while attending the event.

Force Majure
In the event that the promoter cancels or postpones the event named THE PORTUGAL SOUL WEEKENDER or the event is prevented, rendered impossible or in feasible, by regulation or any public authority or Bureau, act of God civil tumult , strike, epidemic, interruption in delay of transportation services war conditions or emergencies, or any cause beyond the control of the promoter, the purchaser of this booking, it is understood and agreed that there shall be no claim for damages.

All bookings Exclude Flights.

It would be wise to seek personal travel insurance throughout event.

Payment Plan Policy:

Bookings are confirmed once we receive the necessary deposit or full payment. A confirmation receipt will be sent by e-mail. Please keep this as proof of payment.

REFUND / CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Cancellations must be received either in writing to our address or by email no later than 14 days after the booking. A full refund will only be received for any cancellation within this time frame.

All payment plans must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the Portugal Soul Weekender. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund, and any amounts already paid will be forfeited.

Please Note, we are not responsible for artists no show due to travel or illness issues and by booking with us, you agree with our terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities (including solicitation)

Any individual found soliciting, promoting, or advertising third-party events, products, or services at the event without prior written consent will have their wristband revoked immediately.

Important Notice: Bonus Night of Entertainment – 20/05/2026

PSW includes a bonus night of entertainment on 20/05/2026. This exclusive evening is free of charge only for customers who book the additional night through the official PSW website.

If you book your extra night via third-party hotels, entry to the bonus night will cost £50 per person.

To enjoy this special night at no additional cost, be sure to book your 20/05/2026 stay directly on the PSW website.
